Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth in workforce solutions.
Identify and acquire new clients while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
Lead consultative sales processes, including solution design, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions that meet client objectives.

Requirements:
