You will serve as a vital link between the field and leadership, ensuring that complex utility construction projects remain on schedule and within budget. How You Will Make an ImpactEvaluate and gather detailed proposals, blueprints, and specifications to streamline the bidding process.
Analyze plan requirements to assist the Project Manager in developing accurate estimated budget costs.
Monitor daily budget adherence and recommend strategic adjustments when unexpected site complications arise.
Coordinate real-time actions and logistics to mitigate project delays caused by bad weather or emergencies.
Enforce strict safety standards and guidelines to ensure every jobsite meets all necessary construction codes.
Cultivate professional relationships with owners, foremen, and laborers to ensure seamless team communication.
Track project documentation and site requirements to maintain high-quality delivery for our clients.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically within the utility construction field.
Proven ability to conduct complex data research and interpret technical project documents.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills necessary for multi-stakeholder coordination.
Physical ability to traverse and inspect all areas of a jobsite, including climbing, crawling, and lifting 50 lbs.
Demonstrated time-management skills with a history of handling multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience in tracking prevailing wage opportunities and assisting with formal construction bids.
Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and infrastructure-specific training programs.
