Physical Requirements
The physical requirements for this position include regularly sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with repetitive motion (such as typing); walking including pushing, pulling, and/or lifting up to 10lbs and occasional pushing, pulling, and/or lifting objects up to 25lbs.

Job Summary
The department of Emergency Medicine is seeking an Department Administrator Associate.

Under the direction of the Department Administrator, will coordinate, implement and monitor administrative activities of the Department of Emergency Medicine. This position is responsible for the following:

-Executive level administrative coordination to Department Chair
-Faculty Affairs administration
-Human resources leadership
-Payroll reporting
-Financial account management
-Budget reporting
-Grant and clinical contract administration

The ideal candidate will maintain high level of professionalism in both written and verbal communication and uphold an appropriate professional appearance at all times.
This position requires excellent skills in organization, task management, communication, planning and independent problem solving.
