  • Support course translation workflows and version control.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Research legislation, standards, and best practices (e.g., CSA, OHSA, Provincial and Federal Health and Safety Requirements) to ensure course compliance.
  • Participate in quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and usability of learning products.
  • Maintain organized course files, documentation, and version histories.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve build efficiency, reduce rework, and strengthen technical standards.

Education & Experience:

  • Preferred but not required post-secondary education in Education, Adult Learning, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, education, or course development.
  • Hands-on experience building courses with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise.
  • Experience working within an LMS/LXP environment (Sana considered an asset).

Skills, Knowledge & Attributes:

  • Solid technical aptitude with comfort troubleshooting and working within digital systems.
