About This Position
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Finance Manager to support our business operations with financial insights and decision-making. This role bridges finance and operations, ensuring financial efficiency, cost control, and performance optimization. This role will also be responsible for analyzing cost and operation performance, preparing financial reports, and helping optimize the company’s cost structure and supporting operation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, operational analysis, and strategic forecasting.
Essential Duties:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to drive operational efficiency.
- Cost & Profitability Analysis: Assess costs, margins, and profitability across business units and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
- Production Cost: Analyze production cost, labor, and material expenses to track trends and maximize KPIs.
- Operational Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, supply chain, and business leaders to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct financial reviews, comparing actual performance against budget/forecast and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency in financial reporting and operational workflows.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to enhance business performance.
Education/Experience/Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- CPA or CMA designation or progress towards CPA or CMA certification is a plus
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in finance, FP&A, manufacturing finance, or plant finance
- Previous experience and expertise with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel required
- Advanced skills in Excel required, Microsoft Analysis preferred, and Power BI a plus
- Strong analytical capabilities and strong written and verbal communication skills required
- SAP experience preferred or equivalent ERP system experience desired with knowledge of basic accounting system functionality required
- Self-starter who is drawn towards taking initiative, has the ability to multi-task, has strong interpersonal skills with an ability to respond to inquiries and effectively present information to accounting and business managers
- Ability to identify and define problems, collect supporting data, establish facts, propose solutions and meet deadlines

The compensation for this role includes base salary and eligibility for an annual bonus based on company performance. All incentive plans are subject to change.
The expected pay range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000 annually.
*The compensation will be commensurate with the level of knowledge, education, skills, and experience applicable to the position.
