• Active IL Registered Nurse (RN)
  Experience
• 1–3+ years in:
  Long-term care (LTC) or SNF
  Skilled nursing or rehab setting
• Prior MDS experience strongly preferred
  Certifications (Preferred)
• RAC-CT (Resident Assessment Coordinator–Certified) from AAPACN
