Registration Representative- Patient Registration at Cookeville Regional Medical Center – Cookeville, Tennessee

The Registration Representative is responsible for serving as first impression of the facility while initiating the registration processes in a professional and consistent manner by assuring prompt and proper treatment for all patients. This position will gather patient demographic and insurance information and perform certain functions on the front end of the registration process, which decreases the wait time for patients and hospital departments. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Knowledge of general office procedure and computers.
