Sunny Shores Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team in Kamloops, British Columbia.

SCHEDULE:

• 32 to 40 hours per week
• Monday to Thursday / Monday to Friday
• No weekends or evenings

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient records and maintain accurate information
• Process payments and insurance submissions
• Coordinate treatment schedules with the dental team
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support overall clinic flow and patient experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous dental reception or dental administration experience preferred
• Experience with Power Practice is an asset
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment
