This role is designed for a proactive, delivery-focused professional who thrives on driving complex client-facing projects from initiation to successful completion. You will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines while serving as the primary client liaison. By coordinating internal and external teams, you will deliver measurable value and ensure smooth, high-quality implementation across multiple customer engagement platforms. This position requires strong technical understanding of CCaaS and cloud-based solutions, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will have the opportunity to influence client success, foster cross-functional collaboration, and champion project excellence in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
Lead full lifecycle project delivery, from planning through execution to closure, adhering to best practices in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned with Statements of Work (SOW) and client requirements.
Manage multiple concurrent projects while tracking action items, dependencies, and risks, ensuring accountability across stakeholders.
Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear and timely updates, and fostering strong client relationships.
Monitor project financials, including revenue forecasting and recognition.
Facilitate post-project evaluations, documenting lessons learned and driving continuous improvement.
Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and operational discipline across internal and external teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with PMP (Project Management Professional) certification required.
Minimum of 5+ years managing Cloud Transformation, CCaaS, or Telecom implementation projects.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with technical teams.
Experience serving as the primary client liaison for complex projects.
Skilled in creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans, managing risks, and addressing escalations proactively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
