What You'll ExpectAs a Surveillance Operator, you’ll monitor casino operations via CCTV and personal observation to protect guests, employees, and company assets. You’ll detect and report suspicious or illegal activity, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and maintain strict confidentiality.
What You'll Do Monitor gaming areas, cage, count rooms, and other sensitive locationsOperate CCTV systems, alarm systems, and related surveillance equipmentIdentify, record, and report unusual or illegal activitiesReview footage for jackpots and potential violations; prepare written reportsMaintain accurate logs and daily reportsEnsure proper functioning of all surveillance equipment during your shiftParticipate in investigations and court actions as neededMaintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and internal controls
What You'll BringStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and surveillance softwareKnowledge of table games and slot machine operations preferredAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
What We RequireAbility to obtain and maintain a Gaming licenseMust be able to work in environments with secondhand smoke, low lighting, and confined spacesFlexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or GED1+ year of casino surveillance experience preferred
