Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, dependable Full-Time Dining Room Server to join our dining services team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent service, and contributing to a positive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve meals to residents in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
• Set up and clear tables before and after meals.
• Assist residents with meal selections and ensure special dietary needs are met.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dining room.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service.
• Provide a warm, engaging dining experience for all residents.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass background check and health screening.
