Key Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and actively listen to their service needsProvide clear, accurate information and set expectations for service and repairsCreate and manage repair orders with detailed, consistent documentationCommunicate effectively with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and timely serviceKeep customers informed throughout the repair processAddress customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionallyRecommend additional services based on technician feedback and vehicle needsAchieve strong upsell performance while maintaining customer trustMaintain high Customer Satisfaction (CSE) scores (target 91% or higher)Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and retentionAnswer incoming calls and respond to voicemails in a timely mannerCollaborate with team members across departments to deliver seamless serviceParticipate in ongoing training and development programsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Skills & Abilities

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred1–2 years of customer service experience (automotive experience a plus)Demonstrated ability to deliver a high-quality customer experience with professionalism and follow-throughPhysical Requirements
