ROLE SUMMARY:

• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring all employee hours, deductions, and benefits are properly recorded.
• Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data tomaintainaccountspayable records.
• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables and ensure accuracy of financial documents for auditing and tax purposes.
• Prevent overpayments, clarify questionable invoice items, and assemble invoices for payment.
• Prepare vouchers with invoice details, input daily bookkeeping, and work in accounting systems such as SAP.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, create requisitions, field candidate inquiries, and manage walk-ins.
• Attend career fairs,establishrelationships with colleges and high schools, andfacilitateorientation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department leaders to update job descriptions and training materials.

• Perform other duties andprojects asassigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate degreeand/or equivalent training and work experience
• Minimum of3yearsofrelevant experience inpayroll, Human resourcespreferred.
• Prior experience with HRIS and payroll system, ADP preferred.
• Strongcustomer serviceskills
