This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of product, sales, and customer success. You will own the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for a developer-focused SaaS platform, translating technical capabilities into compelling business value. The position involves deep engagement with customers to gather insights, craft narratives, and influence product roadmaps, while also enabling sales and adoption programs. You will partner cross-functionally to drive market expansion, customer engagement, and measurable revenue growth. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on positioning, adoption, and customer success in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
- Lead structured customer research programs, uncovering insights that inform messaging, product direction, and go-to-market strategy.
- Operate a Customer Advisory Board, facilitating feedback, roadmap reviews, and strategic dialogue with key accounts.
- Develop high-impact customer stories, case studies, and reference programs that clearly demonstrate real-world value.
- Drive competitive analysis, build battlecards, and provide sales teams with tools and frameworks for market differentiation.
- Design and execute customer lifecycle programs, including onboarding, adoption, education, and expansion initiatives.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to create enablement materials and resources that accelerate time-to-value and retention.
- Continuously refine ICPs, segmentation, and messaging to ensure alignment with buyer needs and market dynamics.
- Define performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and optimize marketing strategies based on insights.
- 3–5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with developer-focused, API-driven, or technical platforms.
- Strong proficiency with AI tools for research, content, and workflow optimization.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies at scale, driving measurable business impact.
- Deep technical understanding of APIs, developer ecosystems, and cloud-based platforms, with the ability to translate features into customer value.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive adoption and revenue.
- Expertise in market research, customer insights, and performance analytics to inform decisions.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive, sales, and customer audiences.
- Demonstrated cross-functional influence and ability to align senior stakeholders on strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
