This role is a strategic, hands-on leadership position responsible for driving digital marketing performance across North America. You will develop and execute an integrated digital strategy that spans website optimization, paid media, SEO, AI-powered search, social, and content marketing. The position requires a balance of strategic vision and direct execution, managing both internal team members and external vendors. Success is measured by measurable pipeline growth, brand authority, and scalable digital initiatives that align with revenue objectives. You will operate in a fast-paced, technically complex environment, leveraging data and AI to optimize marketing performance. This is an opportunity to shape the digital presence, enhance customer engagement, and lead a high-impact, growth-oriented marketing function.
Accountabilities:- Develop and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and pipeline goals
- Own website roadmap, UX, and conversion optimization strategies to maximize demand generation
- Lead paid media, SEO, AI-powered search, and social media initiatives, ensuring alignment across campaigns
- Manage internal team members and external vendors, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance oversight
- Analyze campaign performance and provide executive-ready insights and reporting
- Collaborate with corporate and regional marketing teams to ensure investment alignment and strategic impact
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in technology, cloud, data center, or network infrastructure
- Proven success balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution across multiple digital channels
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, AI-powered search, paid social, website optimization, A/B testing, and analytics
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of Canada privacy laws, email compliance, and web accessibility standards (WCAG & AODA)
- Data-driven, commercially focused, and technically curious with interest in AI applications
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
- Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
