This role is a senior product leadership position responsible for defining and driving the strategy for core platform systems and SDKs that underpin multiple game titles. You will work across complex domains such as player accounts, social features, compliance, and developer tooling, shaping both player experience and the architecture that supports it. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, game teams, and external partners, ensuring clarity in ambiguous situations and sharp prioritization across competing initiatives. You will influence platform strategy, connect technical execution to business goals, and help build features that foster engaged game communities. This is an opportunity to impact both the product roadmap and the overall platform ecosystem in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Define and own the product strategy for core platform systems, including player accounts, social features, compliance, and SDKs
- Partner closely with engineering, game teams, and external stakeholders to set priorities, clarify trade-offs, and deliver high-impact solutions
- Shape the social layer and community experience across games, enabling engagement through referral systems, chat, guilds, and other community features
- Make difficult prioritization decisions, bringing clarity and structure to competing initiatives
- Ensure your team’s work aligns with broader platform strategy and communicate progress effectively to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance technical execution with business objectives, and mentor other product managers or team members
Requirements:
- Proven track record of independently managing complex products end-to-end, with experience prioritizing in fast-moving environments
- Experience with consumer-facing services such as accounts, identity, social systems, or SDKs, ideally at scale
- Strong technical understanding to credibly engage in system design discussions without needing to be the engineering expert
- Excellent cross-functional skills to build alignment across teams and deliver high-quality outcomes reliably
- Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations and make informed prioritization decisions
- Strong communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
- Experience in or supporting game development, particularly free-to-play mobile or scaled consumer apps, is highly preferred
Benefits:
- Competitive salary with opportunities for equity participation
- Remote-first flexibility with support for work-life balance and flexible hours
- Professional development stipend, mentorship opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership
- Inclusive and diverse company culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and belonging
- Opportunities to work on impactful platform systems that touch multiple games and players globally
- Chance to contribute to shaping both product and company strategy in an innovative gaming environment
