Accountabilities

Serve as the legal point of contact for customer and vendor contracts.
Draft, negotiate, and manage a variety of complex technology agreements.
Advise on contract status and associated legal risks.
Review and negotiate various commercial agreements.
Contribute to the development and revision of standard form agreements.
Participate in contract administration policies and practices.
Support the company's privacy initiatives.
Advise executives on legal and compliance matters.

Requirements

J.D. with excellent academic credentials.
Member in good standing of state bar association.
