The position offers collaboration across marketing, sales, category, and agency teams to ensure alignment with promotional calendars and business objectives. You will leverage analytics to identify opportunities, implement optimizations, and execute campaigns efficiently. Accountabilities
  • Execute, optimize, and monitor retail media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Best Buy Ads, and other networks.
  • Track campaign KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate, driving continuous optimization.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to ensure asset delivery, timely execution, and alignment with business goals.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies and apply learnings to improve campaign performance and scale.
  • Analyze shopper behavior and campaign data to generate actionable insights for improving engagement and conversions.
  • Support operational tasks, including budget pacing, invoice tracking, campaign documentation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Stay current on retail media trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to recommend innovations and optimizations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital media, with hands-on expertise managing campaigns on Amazon Ads (required) and other retail media networks (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience with tools such as Pacvue, Skai, Profitero, or Helium 10.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience coordinating campaigns with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to apply new tools, including AI, to enhance campaign outcomes.
