This role is an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns within a fast-paced, consumer-focused marketing environment. You will be responsible for managing paid media performance across major platforms while driving measurable growth and brand visibility. Working closely with creative, brand, retail, and international teams, you will help shape integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches and seasonal initiatives. The role also involves close collaboration with external agencies and platform partners to continuously improve campaign performance through testing and innovation. You will play a key part in expanding omnichannel impact and identifying new growth opportunities across domestic and international markets. This is a highly collaborative, data-driven position where creativity, precision, and agility are essential to success.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing, and Snapchat to drive performance and growth.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Brand, Retail, and International teams to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with agency partners to manage day-to-day execution, including creative assets, tracking, tagging, and campaign setup.
  • Develop and execute structured testing frameworks (audiences, creatives, landing pages) to improve paid media efficiency and ROI.
  • Oversee creative development initiatives by coordinating with internal teams to refine ad concepts and ensure consistency across channels.
  • Monitor inventory and product availability updates and communicate impacts to performance marketing stakeholders.
  • Manage TikTok Shop operations to grow GMV through cross-functional collaboration with organic, affiliate, and marketplace teams.
  • Build relationships with media platforms and vendors, including negotiation of budgets and CPMs for new initiatives.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Support international expansion efforts and contribute to cross-channel knowledge sharing and optimization.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or project management roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media channels.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in an evolving digital marketing landscape.
