- Define clear execution standards, timelines, and technical expectations, ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes.
- Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Identify and proactively address technical debt, delivery risks, and performance gaps to maintain project momentum.
- Partner with executive leadership to align engineering execution with business priorities and product goals.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes by removing inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and unnecessary complexity.
- Guide technical architecture decisions and contribute hands-on to coding, debugging, or problem-solving when needed.
- Ensure teams deliver scalable, reliable, and maintainable software systems across distributed environments.
- Establish and track performance metrics, goals, and engineering KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Support hiring, mentoring, and development of high-performing engineering talent.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering management and 5+ years in software engineering roles.
- Proven experience leading remote engineering teams with strong execution discipline and accountability.
- Strong technical background with the ability to contribute to architecture discussions and hands-on development when needed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects and deliver results in fast-moving environments.
- Experience building, scaling, or maintaining SaaS platforms or distributed systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make difficult decisions and communicate them clearly.
- Experience setting goals, tracking performance, and driving continuous team improvement.
- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React) and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows (GitHub, Jira, CircleCI) is desirable.
- Exposure to applied LLM engineering (RAG pipelines, embeddings, prompt engineering, or agentic systems) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align engineering and executive priorities.
- U.S. residency and work eligibility required for this remote position.
- Competitive salary aligned with market standards for senior engineering leadership roles.

- Generous paid time off policy to support rest and personal time.
- Monthly home internet stipend and new MacBook (or preferred equipment).
- Opportunity to work on a high-growth SaaS platform with real customer impact.
- Collaborative, remote-first culture focused on autonomy, ownership, and professional growth.
