Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Position Summary
Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining building systems, and keeping operations running smoothly? As a Maintenance & Facilities Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our facility and production environment remain safe, functional, and efficient.
In this role, you’ll support the upkeep and reliability of both facility infrastructure and production equipment—including electrical systems, building maintenance, digital printers, CNC cutters, laminators, and automated systems. You’ll handle day-to-day repairs and preventive maintenance while also contributing to ongoing improvements in facility operations and equipment performance.
Compensation & Benefits
● $32 to $37 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including Durst, Zund, Canon, Colex
systems, laminators, and print/cut machinery
● Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) across multiple production lines
● Calibrate machines for color accuracy, registration, and precision cutting
● Maintain maintenance logs and parts inventory using CMMS or ERP systems
● Partner with OEMs and vendors for diagnostics, repairs, and equipment upgrades
● Support production uptime goals and ensure daily line readiness
● Identify equipment reliability issues and recommend automation or process improvements
● Assist with prototyping, machine integrations, and automation retrofits
● Respond to emergency maintenance needs outside of standard hours when required
● Support general facility upkeep to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment
Required Qualifications
● Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or technical repair roles
● Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems (motors, pneumatics, sensors, PLCs)
● Experience with CMMS or ERP systems for maintenance tracking
● Comfortable with computer diagnostics, firmware updates, and vendor support tools
● Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar software
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
● Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with large-format digital printers (Durst, Zund, or similar equipment)
● Exposure to industrial automation (cobots, AGVs, smart conveyors)
● Experience with predictive maintenance technologies and data acquisition
● OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
● 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments
