Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs across security, platform, and infrastructure domains, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured roadmaps, timelines, and execution plans
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and operations teams in a distributed environment
  • Define, track, and report on key program metrics (OKRs, KPIs), using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
  • Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and continuously improve program management practices
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, delivering complex and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, with a track record of successful implementation
  • Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and align stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Experience defining and leveraging program metrics (OKRs, KPIs) to drive accountability and performance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
