• Engage directly with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives
• Design and implement tailored technical solutions using APIs and backend infrastructure
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver customer-specific and scalable improvements
• Contribute to product planning with real-world customer use cases
• Build and enhance product features and improve reliability
• Provide exceptional technical support during onboarding and post-sale expansion
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering client-facing solutions in technical roles
• 5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack software engineer
• Fluency in Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript
• Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL
• Hands-on API development experience
