You will play a crucial role in shaping the approach to people growth, engagement, and performance excellence, ensuring compliance and consistency across countries within a supportive, inclusive environment.Accountabilities
- Support the Global HR Manager in executing global HR projects, including performance evaluation systems and development programs.
- Design and coordinate training and upskilling initiatives for managers and employees.
- Advise managers on HR policies and employment law compliance.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of global learning frameworks.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist teams for a coherent employee lifecycle experience.
- Participate in HR data collection and reporting for continuous improvement.
- Promote values of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning across teams.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in an international or multi-country setting.
- Proven expertise in learning and development, performance management, or employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and legal frameworks in key regions.
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with strategic thinking.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite, HR systems, LMS, and virtual collaboration tools.
