• Support customers in optimizing their prior authorization workflow and claims appeals processes.
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the full reimbursement cycle.

Requirements

• Greater than 5 years of experience in coding and billing managing claims reimbursement processes.
• Expert knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and payer policies.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ethical commitment to maintaining the highest level of compliance.
