- Act as the expert reimbursement partner embedded within the field team structure.
- Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to identify facilities needing reimbursement education and support.
- Educate the Sales Team on coding updates, billing concerns, and reimbursement trends.
- Support customers in optimizing their prior authorization workflow and claims appeals processes.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the full reimbursement cycle.
- Greater than 5 years of experience in coding and billing managing claims reimbursement processes.
- Expert knowledge of medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) and payer policies.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for analysis and reporting.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ethical commitment to maintaining the highest level of compliance.
