- Assess tax law impact on products and manage content updates using proprietary technology.
- Analyze legislative and regulatory changes to ensure product content compliance.
- Perform quality assurance testing on product content and categorizations.
- Gather and prioritize requests for application enhancements or defect resolution.
- Communicate assigned activities status to stakeholders and management.
- Identify and implement new content standards and procedures.
- Participate as a subject matter expert in product planning and discussions.
- Support dynamic operational and strategic projects.
- Foster collaboration across departments to enhance job knowledge.
- Utilize emerging technologies to identify process improvements.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation).
- Ability to interpret and apply tax laws to products.
- Expertise in multiple tax fields/industries.
- Experience in Indirect Tax functional areas (e.g., Compliance, Research).
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, preferred.
- Results-oriented and able to manage multiple high-impact projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with data tools like Alteryx, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
