- Manage and drive the daily activities of the Spine Enabling Technologies Strategic Sales Initiatives.
- Achieve clearly defined sales objectives and required activities.
- Accountable for regional sales performance and activities.
- Collaborate effectively with Spinal Sales regions and territories.
- Create and execute regional sales growth plans aligned with company objectives.
- Identify and convert new users for Spine Enabling Technologies.
- Participate actively in surgical evaluations and training sessions.
- High School Diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience in medical device or related fields, or
- Associates Degree with 6+ years of experience, or
- Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of experience.
- Prior experience in lateral spine procedures and intra-op support is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively influence decision-makers.
