- Represent the company effectively and professionally in the market.
- Manage indirect channel partners, achieving sales and profitability targets.
- Negotiate and manage agreements with channel partners.
- Drive performance of indirect channel partners through coaching and support.
- Develop account-specific sales strategies aligned with regional objectives.
- Conduct territorial analysis to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate productively with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in all partner activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Around 7 years of experience in direct and indirect sales in the medical device industry.
- Hands-on expertise with SalesForce CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; additional ASEAN languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage and grow channel partnerships successfully.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently (typically over 50% of the time).
