Qualified Mental Health Professional at Behavioral Health Services of VA – Spotsyvania, Virginia

Behavioral Health Services of Virginia is actively seeking qualified mental health professionals (QMHPs and QMHP Trainee's) who are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others. We are specifically looking for dedicated and passionate QMHPs to join our team in providing Mental Health Skill Building Services and Intensive In-Home Services. We are open to candidates who can provide both part time or full time services.

Manage a full caseload of clients receiving community-based services

• Complete daily documentation (progress notes, assessments) within 24 hours
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community partners to ensure holistic care
• Respond to client crises and coordinate emergency support when needed
• Attend weekly supervision meetings with your Clinical Supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be QMHP or QMHP T certified or eligible under Virginia DBHDS guidelines
• Minimum of one year of mental health experience (community-based preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Self-motivated and committed to client success
• Passion for supporting individuals with mental health needs
