GVA ENTRY Part-TimeClient's Industry: Property Management
Goal: To source a capable VA for basic accounting and administrative support to improve billing accuracy, streamline internal workflows, and optimize current staff resources.
Key Specific Tasks General Virtual Assistant will do:Support administrative tasks such as document sourcing, expense filing, and scheduling,Assist with tenant follow-ups and reminders,Provide general office support, including communication assistance within the team and other delegated admin duties,
Software Tools and Websites Required:AppFolio (smart bill feature)High Neutral Comms__Hard requirement: Appfolio exp
Technical Requirements:
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
