• Deliver on Customer Experience by visiting recipients to understand their hearing journey.
• Achieve Sales Targets through business and marketing plans in collaboration with Business Manager.
• Build and Manage Advocacy by leveraging CRM data to drive volunteer activities.
• Provide Customer (HCP) Training to ensure quality service and support.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Science from a reputable institution.
• 6+ years of sales experience in a multinational organization.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work independently and within a remote team setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.
• Demonstrated ability to empathize with customers' needs.
