- Own and drive product, program, or portfolio strategy, including strategic planning and launch execution.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to create differentiated marketing strategies.
- Lead segmentation, targeting, and customer engagement strategies for improved effectiveness.
- Establish pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and portfolio goals.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and monitor performance for strategic adjustments.
- Forecast sales using market trends and financial analysis demonstrating strong acumen.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations to optimize future initiatives.
- Influence and mentor across the organization, building key industry relationships.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Minimum 8 years of work experience in marketing or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device or marketing.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Competitive salary from $118,000 to $255,700 plus bonus eligible.
