• Manage key strategic partners and their events/projects across various verticals.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of each partner event and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Forge strategic relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Drive partner performance by establishing KPIs and tracking performance metrics.
• Gather feedback from partners to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to new Project Managers on your team.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all operational teams and processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in project management or management consulting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented.
• Curious mindset with a desire to innovate and push boundaries.
• Commitment to excellence in work and collaboration.
• Strategic thinking in addressing challenges with partnerships.
• Willingness to engage collaboratively and support team efforts.
• MBA highly valued.
