In this role, you will be integral in leading the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring timely project delivery and collaboration with key stakeholders. Your contributions will significantly enhance the merchant experience and drive company growth. By leveraging your expertise in project management, you will create scalable solutions that empower merchants to succeed. This highly visible role demands strong communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring that merchants are equipped to utilize the software and fulfillment services effectively.Accountabilities
  • Establish and maintain communication with key stakeholders to set expectations for project timelines and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes and progress reports.
  • Own the full project lifecycle, driving strategic planning and execution.
  • Act as the primary onboarding advisor to merchants, aligning company capabilities with their growth strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and guide towards feasible solutions that achieve mutual success.
  • Run complex integrations of software solutions and provide innovative problem-solving.
  • Conduct tailored training sessions for merchants based on their needs.
  • Mentor internal teams and provide support through onboarding and training.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Merchant Implementation, Merchant Success, or Project Management.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise merchants.
  • Excellent Project Management skills.
  • Strong ability to assess merchant needs and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience collaborating across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Familiarity with APIs, ERP, IMS, and OMS systems.
  • Experience with E-Commerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento or WooCommerce.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
