Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze business processes and performance data to identify inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and integration.
  • Oversee departmental execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Conduct market, competitive, and industry analysis to inform strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in innovation and process improvement projects.
  • Monitor progress and report on strategic initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate strategy meetings and workshops for leadership and teams.
  • Manage budgets for strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Source and evaluate investment opportunities through market research,brokerand partner relationships.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, valuations, and return analyses to support acquisition and disposition.
  • Manage due diligence efforts throughout each transaction.
  • Structure and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders, aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and portfolio performance to inform ongoing acquisition and disposition strategies.

Qualifications -

  • Highly organized; good time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail; task-focused individual.
  • Independent worker, requiring little direction.
  • Accuracy in all written correspondence, data entry, and filing processes.
  • Familiar with MS OFFICE applications, particularly WORD and EXCEL.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field
  • Three (3) to Seven (7) years of experience in finance.
  • Proven experience in understanding, evaluating, underwriting, and monitoring real estate.
  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Process design evaluation and implementation.
