Responsibilities:

• Evaluates product texture and consistency to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collect samples from each batch for laboratory testing and analysis.
• Communicates quality deviations to Production and Quality Assurance management for corrective action.
• Monitors food manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Reviews product formulations and final batches to verify correct ingredient levels and adherence to customer or company recipes.
• Assesses raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods using established identification tools and procedures.
• Reviews product labeling to confirm compliance with customer and company specifications.
• Verifies net weights and finished product temperatures.
• Adheres to company safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 years of Food Manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is desired.
