Overview:

The Lead Product Manager is a senior-level role responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of AI-powered risk analysis platforms. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of technical data platforms that automate merchant risk decisions while preserving expert analyst oversight. The Lead Product Manager partners closely with engineering, operations, research and data integrity to ensure the platform scales efficiently, meets regulatory expectations, and delivers measurable operational and quality improvements.

What You'll Do:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy for AI-driven merchant risk analysis and decision automation.
  • Lead development of a platform that automates data collection from merchant websites, marketplaces, and external sources.
  • Drive product strategies that increase auto-evaluated and auto-published case volume while maintaining defined quality and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with data science teams to productionize models for content analysis, prohibited product detection, and risk classification.
  • Design and evolve human-in-the-loop decision frameworks, including confidence thresholds, escalation paths, and analyst overrides.
  • Define and track success metrics including automation rate, analyst time savings, precision/recall, and override rates.
  • Work in a semi-fused product and engineering environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery execution.
  • Partner with research and data integrity teams to translate regulatory requirements into scalable product capabilities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for product-related questions, clearly translating technical and analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, regtech, or trust & safety environments.
  • Demonstrated experience building AI/ML-powered systems that automate or augment expert decision-making.
  • Strong understanding of risk analysis, content moderation, or compliance workflows.
  • Proven ability to balance automation goals with quality, auditability, and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineers, data scientists, analysts, and compliance professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining and monitoring operational and quality KPIs.
  • Strong foundation in Databricks preferred
  • Living proximity to Portland, OR, preferred

In addition to competitive salaries, full-time employees enjoy a great benefits package:

  • Multiple Medical, Dental & Vision plans
  • 401k with company match and immediate vesting
  • Generous paid time off package and 11 paid holidays
  • And much more!
