Position: CNA (contract)Location: Longmont, COCompensation: $20-24/hourHours: 7 days/week, between 8am-8pm
We are looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Longmont, CO area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity. Patient's needs include 7 days/week, between 8am-8pm.

Responsibilities
- Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting
- Assist with the patients activities of daily living as well as personal care
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care
- Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed
- Maintain records and documentation of service
- Communication with the patients family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Dependable transportation
