The Role
Great Gray is looking to add a Senior Vendor Oversight & Facilities Manager to our Business Transformation team. Serving as the primary individual responsible for corporate vendor oversight and facilities management, this manager builds collaborative partnerships with a lean, results-driven approach. The role streamlines vendor and facilities operations by creating effective processes, optimizing resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a high-growth environment, enabling our teams to thrive.
Location
This position will work from our Boston, MA office. Great Gray currently supports a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite, and 1 day remote.
Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.
Responsibilities
Corporate Vendor Oversight:
Build and oversee enterprise-wide vendor management program approvals, onboarding, monitoring, optimization and offboarding
Partner with Legal, Third Party Risk Management, Finance and the business leads to create processes that are efficient & utilize best practices, ensure proper controls and adhere to compliance standards
Drive best practices across the vendor population performance metrics, payment terms, standard terms and conditions, onboarding and offboarding
Identify opportunities to partner with the business cost reduction, spend consolidation, renewal strategy
Identify efficiency opportunities through automation, data science or new tools
Lead requirements gathering, vendor selection and implementation for any new third party applications to support the program
Support M&A vendor diligence and integration to the Great Gray enterprise vendor footprint
Partner with business leaders when vendor RFIs/RFPs are required to select a vendor
Facilities Management:
Plan and coordinate facilities maintenance, office moves, space planning, and equipment installations for 4 US-based office locations (200 employees total)
Track lease provisions, renewals, and termination timelines in partnership with Finance
Oversee procurement of office equipment, supplies, and provisions
Prepare and manage budgets for facilities and office-related expenses
Complete other related duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree required
Proven vendor management experience in a small or high-growth organization
Demonstrated ability to conserve resources while operating effectively and achieving results
Experience implementing and managing vendor management software or applications
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendors for cost savings and service improvements
Familiarity with facilities management, including maintenance coordination and vendor oversight
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to analyze vendor performance data and produce actionable insights
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Comfortable navigating ambiguity

Base Pay Range*
$100,000 - $155,000
*This base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
The pay range displayed above is the base pay compensation range that Great Gray expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, candidates prior education and relevant work experience and training as well as position location and local market demands. Our pay-for-performance culture also includes participation in an annual incentive bonus plan for this position which is not included in the Base Pay Range noted above.
