Enterprise Account Executive

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Enterprise Account Executive in the United States.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a defined geographic territory in the Southwest, managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts with a focus on renewals, expansions, and strategic growth. You will drive complex sales cycles, build multi-threaded relationships across C-suite and key business stakeholders, and deliver measurable ARR growth. This role requires a highly disciplined, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at executing long-term account strategies while generating new pipeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and provide solutions that deliver tangible business outcomes. Your efforts will directly impact revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the enterprise portfolio.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage a defined territory with 20–40 enterprise accounts, accountable for renewals, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Lead complex sales cycles valued between $250K–$1M+ ARR, including long-term global pursuits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders to secure multi-year agreements.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to reinforce value, drive adoption, and identify new opportunities.
  • Generate and sustain pipeline coverage through strategic prospecting, executive outreach, and field events.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including sales engineering, product, legal, marketing, and partners, from discovery to deal closure.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed renewal, expansion, and new business targets.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales experience with a consistent record of overachievement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deals of $250K–$1M+ ARR with long, complex sales cycles.
  • Strong proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals, expanding accounts, and closing multi-year contracts.
  • Excellent communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to work from a major metro in the Southwest with access to a major international airport.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and other CRM or sales enablement tools is preferred.
