This role offers a hands-on opportunity to manage, secure, and optimize a complex IT environment supporting both cloud and on-premise systems. You will be responsible for ensuring reliable and secure operations across corporate networks, managing Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra environments, and providing advanced end-user support. This position requires a proactive problem solver who can integrate diverse technologies, maintain compliance standards, and collaborate across teams to improve system efficiency. - Manage and maintain corporate network operations, ensuring connectivity, reliability, and security across unclassified IT systems.
- Administer Google Workspace accounts and lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and third-party integrations.
- Support Microsoft Entra environment, including configuration, troubleshooting, and system documentation.
- Ensure interconnectivity and smooth operation between Google, AWS, and on-premise systems.
- Maintain compliance with cybersecurity standards and company policies, including CMMC requirements.
- Provide advanced end-user support for access, software deployment, and general IT issues.
- Procure and manage IT hardware and software, track support requests, and improve IT service delivery.
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate operational records.
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of IT experience, preferably with enterprise networks and multi-vendor environments.
- Proven expertise with Google Workspace administration; technical experience with Microsoft Entra, Cisco, VMware/Virtualization, and Windows preferred.
- Knowledge of CMMC compliance and security standards.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills; ability to communicate technical functions to teams and vendors.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to identify improvements with independent decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with cross-team collaboration capabilities.
- U.S. citizenship required; security clearance preferred but not required.
