This Senior Data Scientist role is focused on driving actionable insights and product impact by leveraging advanced analytics and AI techniques. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to improve the core user experience, integrate AI features, and support business growth through data-driven decisions. The role requires designing experiments, analyzing user behavior, creating segmentation strategies, and delivering executive-level dashboards to guide strategic initiatives. You will have the opportunity to influence cross-functional teams, optimize experimentation, and provide insights that directly shape product development and revenue outcomes. Ideal candidates are analytical, proactive, and capable of translating complex data into clear business recommendations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Conduct deep analytical investigations to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and design and execute experiments
- Analyze user engagement, behavior, and lifecycle to inform product and business strategy
- Develop personalized segmentation models to enable targeted offers and experiences based on user attributes
- Build automated reporting, dashboards, and visualizations to track acquisition, engagement, and monetization trends
- Monitor and optimize multivariate experiments to improve product performance and user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Research
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- 6+ years of experience using analytics to drive business decisions in product, marketing, or strategy contexts
- Strong proficiency with SQL and experience with statistical analysis, experimentation design, regression, and decision trees
- Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets, run multivariate experiments, and derive actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business stakeholders
- Experience working independently, proactively engaging with cross-functional teams, and prioritizing work effectively
- Proficiency in programming/scripting and statistical packages (Python, R, or similar) is a plus
- Preferred: Product analytics experience in a SaaS environment, master’s degree in quantitative field, experience shaping AI-driven workflows
