Accountabilities:

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to support the full design lifecycle.
  • Develop in-game UI elements such as HUDs, menus, pop-ups, and icons that enhance gameplay.
  • Collaborate with game designers, artists, and producers to align UI/UX with overall game vision and mechanics.
  • Ensure visual consistency and contribute to the overall look and feel of the game.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback, usability testing, and player behavior insights.
  • Apply UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and player engagement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile games (mid to senior level).
  • Strong visual design skills with the ability to adapt to different artistic styles (stylized to semi-realistic).
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and responsive layout design for mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, or similar.
  • Experience designing end-to-end interfaces, from concept to final polished UI.
  • Portfolio showcasing work on released commercial game projects.
  • Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Good communication skills in English (upper-intermediate or higher).
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of player experience.
  • Nice to have: experience with usability testing, game metrics analysis, and free-to-play mechanics.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work setup with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Flexible working hours to support work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to join future high-impact game projects.
  • Collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Culture focused on autonomy, trust, and creative freedom.
  • Continuous growth opportunities within a global game development ecosystem.
