The Senior Director of Digital Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of digital initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence. This executive role drives audience engagement, brand authority, and performance across websites, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and marketing technology platforms. The leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate content, analytics, and technology into a unified digital ecosystem, while mentoring and developing high-performing teams. - Define and implement enterprise-wide digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and business outcomes.
- Oversee website management, content strategy, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and marketing technology platforms.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives, including CMS migrations, multi-site web management, and AI-enabled digital tools.
- Analyze performance metrics and market insights to optimize campaigns, enhance user experience, and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align digital initiatives with organizational priorities and growth objectives.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, setting clear KPIs and fostering professional growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, agencies, and external partners on digital marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in content marketing, digital ecosystems, UX, SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing technology stacks.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformations, large-scale content initiatives, and multi-site web environments.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in web analytics, KPIs, and marketing automation to inform data-driven decisions.
