Responsibilities:

• Lead evaluation and implementation of warehouse technologies to improve throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Own the full lifecycle of Warehouse Management System (WMS) upgrades, migrations, or implementations.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams to execute system conversion strategies.
• Establish project governance, milestones, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Partner with IT, IS, and Operations to assess and deploy system enhancements.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate project status, risks, and updates to leadership.
• Oversee vendor coordination, project budgets, and timelines.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, and SOPs.
• Design and coordinate end-user training programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in inventory control, order fulfillment, and workflow automation.
• Improve labor efficiency, space utilization, and reporting visibility.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project progress and operational impact.
• Ensure minimal disruption to operations during system transitions.
• Support ongoing optimization of warehouse systems post-implementation.

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in warehouse operations, systems, or technology.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects.
• Proven experience leading WMS implementations, upgrades, or migrations.
• Strong understanding of distribution center operations (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control).
• Experience driving operational or IT process improvements.
• Working knowledge of system configuration and warehouse workflow integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and align business requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• High ownership mindset with ability to manage complex projects under pressure.
