This role provides a high-impact opportunity to lead and optimize go-to-market (GTM) programs across customer success, renewals, and operations teams. You will drive initiatives that increase efficiency, enhance customer experience, and improve measurable outcomes such as renewal rates and NPS. Acting as a strategic partner to cross-functional leadership, you will build scalable program management processes, standardize best practices, and ensure consistent execution across the organization. - Lead and operationalize the post-sales program management office (PMO) to drive strategic GTM initiatives
- Partner with Renewals, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Develop standardized templates, best practices, and documentation for repeatable and scalable programs
- Track and report on program KPIs, milestones, and outcomes, proactively identifying risks and solving roadblocks
- Establish a center of excellence, fostering continuous improvement across processes and programs
- Hire, develop, and manage an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team
- Embed organizational cultural principles in programs, initiatives, and team practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of people management experience and 7+ years of project/program management experience
- Proven ability to design, implement, and scale program management operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, including the ability to influence without authority and foster collaboration
- Excellent communication skills, including documentation, presentations, and meeting facilitation
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional GTM programs end-to-end
- Business acumen with an understanding of sales motions, GTM planning, and operational processes
- Experience with customer-facing roles, high-growth B2B SaaS environments, and program management tools is a plus
- Professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are desirable
