This role is a strategic, global-facing position where you will shape and drive compensation programs across multiple regions and business functions. You will partner closely with senior leaders and HR teams to provide data-driven guidance on salary, bonus, equity, and job-leveling decisions, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business priorities. Operating with high autonomy, you will lead complex projects, analyze compensation trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence organizational strategy. This position combines deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and advanced analytics, including AI-enhanced modeling, to optimize compensation practices. You will also mentor colleagues, contribute to program design, and play a critical role in scaling compensation operations globally.
- Lead global compensation programs, including salary refreshes, merit, bonus, and equity initiatives, ensuring accurate execution and resolution of complex issues
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and People Partners on compensation decisions, promotions, job offers, and organizational design
- Conduct job evaluations and leveling decisions within the company’s job architecture framework, ensuring internal equity and external market competitiveness
- Translate market insights into strategic compensation recommendations and program improvements
- Administer global compensation policies, mitigate risks, and identify process enhancement opportunities
- Perform advanced compensation analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting executive-ready recommendations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members on compensation methodologies and practices
- Leverage AI tools to enhance compensation modeling, benchmarking, reporting, and process efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation, preferably within technology companies
- Experience managing global compensation programs across multiple regions
- Proven ability to advise senior leaders and HR partners on complex compensation decisions
- Skilled in managing large-scale projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Deep knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, market pricing methodologies, and incentive practices
- Advanced experience in market benchmarking using providers such as Radford, Mercer, or WTW
- Proficiency with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems
- Advanced Excel skills for modeling, scenario analysis, and executive reporting
- Experience using AI tools for data analysis, reporting, modeling, or process optimization
- Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), experience in public or high-growth technology companies, advanced degree in HR/Business/Finance, and familiarity with pay equity and regulatory reporting
- Competitive base salary, with ranges depending on location (e.g., $136,400–$272,500 annually)
