About the Opportunity

Were looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

In this role, youll partner closely with stakeholders across multiple Dovida corporate sites, delivering high-volume recruitment support, expert advice, and an efficient, seamless hiring experience.

Beyond day-to-day recruitment, youll also contribute to key projects and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a great opportunity for a values-driven recruiter who enjoys building trusted relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted Talent Acquisition advisor to internal stakeholders, understanding hiring needs and managing end-to-end recruitment
  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to identify the best talent
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and networking
  • Develop and implement strategies to support high-volume caregiver recruitment and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external employment and community organisations
  • Contribute to process improvements and recruitment projects

About you

  • Experience in a high-volume recruitment environment (preferred)
  • Qualifications in Business or HR (advantageous, but not essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Fountain experience is a bonus)
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience reporting and using insights to improve outcomes
