Pay: $22.00 – $23.00/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable CNC Operator to support operations in the drill line and saw area. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to producing quality parts while following all safety guidelines.

• Set up and operate CNC equipment used for drilling and sawing applications
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production
• Perform inspections to verify that finished products meet quality standards
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when necessary
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in CNC operations preferred
• Prior experience operating CNC machines, especially in drill line or saw environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving ability
